    I recommended that my mom try My Soft Wash Guys because she was concerned that the normal power wash she normally had would damage parts of her lanai that had been painted to repair damage from hurricane Ian. We learned how Matt's soft wash method is SO much more effective and long lasting than power washing. It makes sense since it sanitizes the surface over 99% by removing the organic growth. It was a little bit more than she used to spend, but the service far exceeded her usual power washing - they did furniture and windows too! Plus, I liked knowing they are licensed, insured and there is a criminal background check. Matt was great to work with and I highly recommend any of his businesses! See more See less

    This is the second year I’ve had My Softwash Guys do my windows inside and out. They look fantastic. This year I also had them wash the house exterior and it looks like new. These guys are easy to schedule with and they show up when scheduled—add to that, they are friendly and care about doing a good job! See more See less

    Softwash came to my home, & detailed our fishing boat to a "Like New" perfection....it was just unbelievable how the mold and filth melted away with the softwash solution....it was a wonderful experience, and we sold our boat to the very 1'st buyer who came to look....don't hesitate to use this powerful tool of cleansing....     I had my villa cleaned by My Soft Was Guys and the value and quality of work was amazing! I had my roof, house, driveway, lanai and screens done and the difference is evident. I was uncertain about the benefits of the process and why I should spend the money but after meeting with Matt and him taking to time to explain it all I was all in. He was a joy to work with; completely professional, so knowledgeable, and such a hard worker. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made as this is such a value that will continue to save me money down the line and the house looking great is even better. I highly recommend having them come out to complete the work and answer any questions you might have! See more See less

    When we talked to Matt about washing the house, I had no idea our house would look so different after this service. It really changed the look of the house. The roof looked brand new and we could actually see the original color. All the mold on the roof and sides completely cleaned off and made the place look so much nicer.     Excellent customer service at a fair price for a job really well done. Working with Matt and Craig was easy, their response time was quick and my pavers, pool cage and PVC fencing all came out crystal clean.     Matt and his team were wonderful. Very professional. Did an amazing job washing our metal roof on our house, our pool cage, the entire homes soffit and more.     They power-washed our composite decks and the results were dramatically improved...looked like new. We have windows 50 feet off ground and he was able to do a pure water treatment without us renting lift. Great results and value! See more See less

    Great experience from scheduling through the service appointment! We had our roof and lanai washed one day this week and were so pleased with the result that we had them back to wash the exterior of our home, including the windows and gutters!     Matt, his crew and his Merry Maids did a fantastic job, both inside and outside my house. I had severe time restraints but Matt worked with me to complete the job before I had to leave. While working inside, one of the crew accidentally stepped on and damaged a florescent light cover. Two days later, a new one was left at my house. Can't say enough about about their consideration and concern , especially when they took great care in covering newly planted shrubs to protect them from chemicals. To top it off, their work was completed at the promised time and at a reasonable price. Looked like a new house when they were done. See more See less

    We were planning on selling our father's house, but it was very dirty and needed cleaning in a big way. I live out of state and was given My SoftWash Guys as a recommendation.     When we bought our house the tile roof was extremely dirty. Dirty to the point that we could not determine the original color. Soft Wash Guys were able to remove years of mold, mildew and whatever else was discoloring our roof. Our roof went from a dark, dark green almost black color to a very light soft green. We couldn’t be happier. Our house not only looks incredibly better, it is no longer covered in toxic mold and we expect to start saving on our energy bill. Matt and his team were able to wash our entire house and concrete driveway in just one day. They achieved beautiful results without harming any of our plants. We highly recommend them to anyone who has a dirty house and we plan to use them again for maintenance cleanings in the future. Thanks again guys, you probably added years of life to our roof!     I must say my house has never looked better! I never new that my shingles on my roof weren't dark grey! Once Matt Soft Washed my roof I realized that the singles are actually light grey! Not only did he do an amazing job on the roof, but he cleaned the pool cage and lanai. He was very professional and hard working! We recommend him to anyone needing the exterior of their home or driveway cleaned properly! It's been over a year and still looks amazing! See more See less
